Great 2nd 45 by LA's CONTROLLERS on the somewhat shady Siamese label...who also put out
that STOOGES "I got a right" 45 in 1977,as well as THE WEASELS and MAX LASER....which I
need,hint hint...oh yeah,THE CONTROLLERS were a 1st wave LA Punk outfit who were considered
the house band at the Masque (LA's first punk dive,under a porno theatre on Hollywood Blvd)and
released this followup to their "Neutron Bomb" 45 (on What? records) in1978. Members later went
on to THE GEARS and KAOS, who both made great records...well, Kid Spike anyway....
CONTROLLERS still get up and do the odd reunion gig every so often and still play circles around
the tribal tattoo and nosering set. This 1978 Siamese Records....at least 1000 pressed,but most
vanished with the label owner,as legend has it.
